Today in Worship we continue our message series, “Follow Me,” where we will be exploring what it means for us to faithfully and obediently follow Jesus as he is revealed to us through the gospel of Luke. This week we will continue in Jesus’s sermon on the plain in Luke 6:27-36 as we think together about what it means to love the way God loves, which is a radically different definition of love than we see reflected in our culture. As Christ-followers we are challenged to a love that is not based on the character or worthiness of the other but reflects the loving heart of God.
